Every year, electrical fires cause thousands of home fires across the U.S.—often due to issues you can't see, like faulty wiring, power surges, or loose connections inside walls. TING is a compact sensor that plugs into a standard outlet and continuously monitors your home’s electrical system, providing early alerts and peace of mind.

It’s not just a device—It’s a 24/7 monitoring service. If a fire risk is detected, TING’s expert team helps diagnose the issue and recommends the right next step. Many homeowners have prevented major damage thanks to early detection.

What This Means for Kincaid Clients

As part of our Premier and Concierge Plans, Kincaid will now:

• Purchase and install a TING sensor in eligible homes

• Cover the first year of service

• Ensure it’s activated and registered correctly

• Proactively monitor alerts and coordinate resolution if any issues arise

We believe this is an essential layer of protection for modern homes—especially for properties with aging electrical systems or high-load appliances.

Year 1 cost: Covered by Kincaid

Service Includes: TING device + 12 months of professional electrical monitoring

Year 2 renewal (optional): $49/year, handled directly with TING
